Prepared by Vertex StudioNovember 2026For Sinéad, Passion 4 Travel

A website that turns curious followers into sign-ups

We checked the current passion4travel.co site line by line, and reviewed InteleTravel UK’s own site, five established UK home-working and franchise brands, and two independent recruiter sites. Here’s what we found, what we built, and what it costs.

First with a live diary

None of the UK recruitment sites we reviewed lets someone book a call from a live calendar. The new site does, and every booking lands in a sign-up pipeline.

Referrals you can count

“Who introduced you?” is kept from the current form and now adds up: Sinéad sees sign-ups, calls and joiners for each introducer.

Honest by design

Costs in plain text, no income promises, and ABTA and other memberships credited to InteleTravel. That’s easier to trust, and easier to keep within UK advertising rules.

What we found on the current site

Checked on 5 November 2026. Everything here is fixed in the new site.

  • Every menu item (Home, FAQs, Success Stories, Get Started) and both “I’m ready to get started” buttons go back to the homepage
  • The privacy policy link goes to a page called “/blank-page”
  • The answer to “What are the costs?” is only an image, which phones, screen readers and search engines can’t read
  • “Success Stories” is in the menu but has no content
  • The footer still says ©2022
  • Typos: “to to successful”, “its easy”, “enrollment”, one FAQ answer said twice, and a “W / e” split across two lines
  • Images are described by their file names (“6.png”, “team bex.jpg”), so screen readers read those out
  • No address, no terms, and no income disclaimer

The sites we looked at

Companies are named. Independent recruiters are anonymised. We found very few UK or Irish InteleTravel team sites, so the two recruiter examples appear to be US-based and are included only to show common habits.

What the research changed

Book a chat, live

A free 15 to 20 minute call by WhatsApp, phone or video, from Sinéad’s real diary, plus a longer walk-through session. Each booking joins the pipeline as “Call booked”.

Built

Get started, kept familiar

The same fields as today (name, Instagram, mobile, who introduced you), plus a privacy tick. Sign-ups move through new, contacted, call booked, joined and not now.

Built

Referral counts

“@Sinéad”, “sinead” and “Sinéad” are counted as one introducer. Sinéad sees sign-ups, calls and joiners for each.

Built

The departure board

The hero turns “Your travel. Your goals. Your choice.” into a choice: pick a path and the board rolls round to it. It carries that choice through to Get started.

Built

Costs in plain text

Laid out like the best page we saw (Travel Counsellors), with every figure as text. The figures are marked “To confirm” until Sinéad checks them against the official list.

Needs figures

Honest about earnings

No figures, no “unlimited”, no top earners. An income disclaimer is linked from every page, as UK rules on business-opportunity adverts expect.

Built

Who does what

Every page is clear that InteleTravel is the host agency, PlanNet Marketing handles enrolment, and Passion 4 Travel is the community.

Built

Stories, only with consent

The page and menu item stay hidden until a member has agreed in writing. No more empty “Success Stories”.

Needs stories

Mistakes we avoided

  • Earnings ranges, “uncapped” or “unlimited” claims, and leading with top earners
  • Showing booking totals as if they were income
  • Accreditation logos with no clear owner
  • Pop-ups, and hand-offs to a different website halfway through
  • Collecting details without a privacy notice
  • Recruitment-first messaging: building a team is presented as optional, because it is

Built for Instagram traffic

  • Designed for phones first, where most visitors arrive from a bio link
  • Links like /get-started?ref=name pre-fill who introduced someone
  • WhatsApp is one tap from every page and every sign-up in the dashboard
  • Real photos from the community, described properly for screen readers

Add-on: a website for every member

With the Community plan, any member can sign up, pay online and get their own branded travel website, with their name, their look and their own web address. People can then ask them to plan a trip. It’s built for people who aren’t technical: one decision per screen, a live preview, and no passwords.

  1. About youName, email, and optionally WhatsApp and Instagram.
  2. Pick an addressChecked as they type, with a suggestion if it’s taken. They can bring their own domain, and we connect it.
  3. Make it theirsColour, headline, intro and what they love booking, with a phone preview that updates live.
  4. Pay and publishStripe’s secure checkout, monthly or yearly. The site goes live once payment succeeds.
£9 a month per member, or £90 a year

Paid by each member directly, not by Passion 4 Travel. Connecting a web address they already own is included. We can also register a new one for them at cost.

In this demo, payment is simulated and sites open at /agent/name. The live version uses Stripe subscriptions and real subdomains or custom domains with automatic HTTPS.

Hosting and care

One simple monthly fee covers hosting, security, backups and support. There’s no big upfront build cost: the setup fee is waived with a 12-month agreement.

Before launch

These need confirming with Sinéad. Until then, the site hides them or shows “To confirm”. We haven’t guessed any of them.

  • Fees for both options in the UK and Ireland, the commission split and payment timing, with a link to the official fee list. The current site shows these only in an image, whose file name mentions October 2026
  • Which accreditations to show for InteleTravel: ABTA is stated on InteleTravel UK’s own site. IATA, CLIA and TOPPS are stated on the current Passion 4 Travel site and need checking
  • A link to PlanNet Marketing’s income disclosure statement
  • Business name, postal address and ICO registration number for the privacy notice, terms and footer
  • Data retention periods in the privacy notice, and the governing law in the terms
  • Sinéad’s real availability for calls (the demo uses weekday evenings and Saturday mornings)
  • That the community size (“over 1,200”) is current, and approval of the rewritten copy and FAQs
  • Member stories, only with each member’s written consent, and without earnings figures
  • Permission for the team photos, and names if anyone else is to be named
  • For member sites: InteleTravel and PlanNet’s rules on agents’ own websites and branding, who bills members through Stripe, and the per-member price
