What is Passion 4 Travel?
A community, founded by Sinéad in 2021, of people who run their own home-based travel businesses through InteleTravel. Passion 4 Travel isn’t a travel agency itself: InteleTravel is the host agency you join.
Do I need travel experience?
No. You need a love of travel and a willingness to learn. There’s flexible online training from the host agency and travel suppliers, and support from the team.
I have a full-time job. Will this work for me?
Many people in the community fit it around jobs and families. There are no fixed hours and no targets, so you choose how involved you are.
Can I just book for myself, family and friends?
Yes. Some people only book their own trips. Others book for people they know. There’s no pressure to do more than you want.
Do I have to build a team?
No. Option 1 is travel agent only. Option 2 adds the chance to introduce others through PlanNet Marketing. Choosing Option 1 is completely fine.
Do I need a big social media following?
No. Lots of bookings come through word of mouth. Social media training is there if and when you want it.
How much will I earn?
We can’t tell you, and you should be wary of anyone who promises a figure. Commission depends on the bookings you make, and you pay the fees whether or not you make any. Read the income disclaimer before you join.
When is commission paid?
After the customer has travelled, once the host agency has received the commission from the supplier. Sinéad will go through the exact timings and split on your call.
Is it legitimate?
InteleTravel is an established host agency, and PlanNet Marketing is its marketing partner. Accreditations such as ABTA belong to InteleTravel, not to Passion 4 Travel or individual agents. Check anything you’re unsure of with InteleTravel directly, and ask Sinéad anything on your call.
What if I join and it’s not for me?
There’s no long contract, so you can cancel at any time. Ask on your call about notice and whether any fees are refundable.
